Every project starts with a conversation.
Here’s what came out of some of those conversations.
We don’t have a portfolio in the traditional sense — a gallery of screenshots that looks impressive but tells you nothing about whether the work actually did anything. What we have is 33 years of client relationships, and the stories behind them.
The clients below represent a range of industries, sizes, and starting points. What they share is a technology challenge that needed more than a template, a vendor, or a quick fix. They needed someone to listen first.
ENTERPRISE PORTAL · LEGACY INTEGRATION · ACCELERATED DELIVERY
Granite Telecommunications — GEMM Platform
Spring 2021
Angular + .NET API · Legacy System Integration · Salesforce · Amazon AWS

The Challenge
Granite Telecommunications — a $1.8 billion enterprise telecom provider serving more than three-quarters of the Fortune 100 — needed to bring a new customer-facing enterprise mobility management platform online quickly. The Granite Enterprise Mobility Management (GEMM) platform had to integrate seamlessly with existing legacy internal systems and a simultaneous Salesforce rollout, while meeting a go-to-market timeline that Granite’s in-house development team had projected would take significantly longer to reach.
What We Built
Working alongside Granite’s marketing and internal development teams, 305 Spin designed a new architecture for GEMM within Granite’s existing Amazon AWS environment — then built and delivered the full platform. This included a custom Angular frontend providing enterprise clients a clean, guided self-service ordering experience; a headless .NET backend API layer that handles all business logic and manages all integrations with Granite’s legacy systems and Salesforce CRM; a SQL Server database; and a bidirectional FTP batch data processing pipeline for regular import and export of extensive data sets between GEMM and Granite’s internal systems. All infrastructure runs in client-controlled Amazon AWS with private S3 storage.
The Outcome
305 Spin’s development timeline was many months shorter than Granite’s original in-house projection. GEMM launched ahead of Granite’s planned go-to-market date, enabling the GEMM marketing team to begin generating enterprise mobility revenue ahead of their financial projections. The engagement demonstrated what 305 Spin’s pattern-based approach to complex enterprise builds makes possible: not cutting corners, but starting from a proven architectural foundation — and measuring the difference in months of revenue.
“We hired 305 Spin to build our Mobility Marketplace at Granite and could not have been happier with the results. John’s team is a breeze to work with and drives a high quality output at very reasonable prices. The result was an industry leading e-commerce platform integrated with our supply chain management system to provide real time inventory management, checkout and shipping, all customizable in a multi-tenant environment. 305’s ongoing support is excellent. I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.”

ENTERPRISE APPLICATION · CLOUD INFRASTRUCTURE · LONG-TERM PARTNERSHIP
RainSoft / Aquion Water Treatment / Pentair
Partner since 2004
Enterprise Application Development · Cloud Infrastructure · Multi-Site Management · ERP Integration

The Challenge
RainSoft operates one of the water treatment industry’s most distinctive business models: a worldwide network of more than 150 independently-owned dealerships, each serving an exclusive sales territory and depending on RainSoft’s corporate infrastructure for ordering, warranty registration, lead generation, and sales support. Managing that network at scale — across geographies, through two corporate ownership transitions, and into integration with a Fortune-level parent company’s ERP — required digital infrastructure that could evolve as fast as the business did.
What We Built
305 Spin began working with RainSoft in 2004 on development and support for RainSoft.com. In 2007, we designed and built Pipeline — Pipeline.RainSoft.com — a full-stack dealer extranet that became the operational backbone of the RainSoft worldwide dealer network. Built on Angular, .NET, and SQL Server, Pipeline gives dealers and corporate employees a centralized platform for order entry, warranty registration, rewards and points management, dealer event registration, and reporting — all governed by a role-based access system that serves internal Pentair staff and external franchisees through a single unified application.
The platform now runs on Microsoft Azure cloud hosting with private AWS S3 storage, and connects to RainSoft’s on-premises network via direct SQL connection. Multiple public-facing websites — including RainSoft.com, 60+ dealer-specific sites, and a dealer recruitment website — feed leads directly into Pipeline’s central database for automatic territory routing.
Most recently, 305 Spin completed the integration of Pipeline with Pentair’s JD Edwards ERP system — connecting dealer orders placed through Pipeline directly into Pentair’s accounting and ordering processes for the first time, fully bridging the dealer-facing platform with the parent company’s enterprise back office.
The Outcome
Twenty years. Two corporate acquisitions — from independent operation through private equity to a $160 million Pentair acquisition. One continuous technology partner. Pipeline today is the system through which RainSoft’s worldwide dealer network manages its business: every order, every warranty registration, every reward point, every convention registration, every lead routed to a dealer in an exclusive territory. 305 Spin hosts, maintains, and evolves it — alongside more than 60 dealer websites and several brand properties — in close coordination with RainSoft’s Sales and Marketing teams and Pentair’s IT organization.

Renaissance Patio Products / Launch Together
Partner since 2017
Angular + .NET Extranet · Lead Distribution · CAD Integration · Azure Cloud

The Challenge
Renaissance Patio Products — a manufacturer and distributor of premium patio covers, screen rooms, pergolas, sunrooms, and gazebos — operates through a national network of vetted independent contractor-dealers, each serving an exclusive territory. Founder Christopher Noe needed a platform that could systematically connect homeowner leads to the right local dealer, manage the full order lifecycle from inquiry through installation, integrate online design and quoting with an engineering CAD system, and give the dealer network a single operational hub for training, orders, and customer management.
What We Built
305 Spin designed and built a custom Angular and .NET extranet that serves as the complete back-office operating system for Renaissance Patio’s dealer network. The platform handles the full lead-to-installation pipeline: consumer quote requests submitted through RenaissancePatio.com are captured, processed, and distributed to the appropriate dealer via a round-robin routing engine that accounts for geography, territory, and workload. Dealers use the same portal to initiate design and quoting workflows through a custom integration with Renaissance Patio’s CAD system — submitting project specifications and receiving engineered structural designs and product quotes in return. Order entry, lifecycle management, manufacturing coordination, and installation scheduling all live in the platform, alongside training resources and operational documentation for the dealer network. The entire system runs on Microsoft Azure, with REST API integrations connecting to numerous outside systems for product data, order processing, and CAD design workflows.
The Outcome
Seven to eight years after the first engagement, the platform 305 Spin built remains the backbone of Renaissance Patio’s operations — continuously expanded and refined as the business has grown from a regional Florida operation to a national dealer network. Chris Noe calls it his industry’s finest lead and dealer management portal. 305 Spin continues to add new features and automation capabilities today, serving as Renaissance Patio’s technology team for the long term.
“305 Spin has been an absolutely stellar partner with us from day one. Having John and Kevin as trusted advisors when it comes to all things technology has allowed us to scale rapidly without having to rely on purely in-house talent. We started working with 305 on a small marketing project, but at this point, have now built my industry’s finest lead and dealer management portal. I could not be happier with their partnership and service.”

GOVERNMENT PROGRAM · ENROLLMENT PLATFORM · SEO DOMINANCE
Solix Inc. · Assurance Wireless · T-Mobile
Partner since 2017
Angular Enrollment Platform · iOS & Android Agent App · Concrete CMS · WCAG Compliance · SEO & AIO/GEO

The Challenge
Solix Inc. — the national program administrator for Assurance Wireless, T-Mobile’s federal Lifeline Assistance brand — operated two separate enrollment platforms with separate codebases and hosting environments: one for field agents enrolling customers in person, and one for consumers enrolling directly online. Every program update required parallel development in both codebases. The platforms also needed to support WCAG accessibility compliance, native camera and location functionality for field agents, and granular multi-source tracking for T-Mobile’s marketing team and their paid media partners — while maintaining enrollment continuity through multiple program expansions (EBB and ACP) and two corporate ownership transitions (Virgin Mobile/Sprint to T-Mobile).
What We Built
305 Spin developed a unified enrollment architecture — one codebase and hosting delivery system serving both enrollment channels. The suite includes: a WCAG-compliant multi-step Angular consumer enrollment form integrated with the Solix eligibility API; an Angular agent enrollment app available as both a web application and a native iOS/Android app, with native camera functionality for document capture and location integration for compliance; and the AssuranceWireless.com public site built on Concrete CMS with a full landing page system supporting multi-vendor traffic and granular conversion tracking to Analytics and Looker Studio. All infrastructure runs in Solix’s client-controlled cloud hosting. 305 Spin also manages ongoing organic SEO, AIO/GEO optimization, and SEM support in coordination with T-Mobile’s Bellevue marketing team.
The Outcome
Assurance Wireless became the dominant website in search for the Lifeline government phone program category — ranking at or near the top for “free government phone” and all major Lifeline-related search terms nationally. The unified enrollment platform eliminated hundreds of hours of redundant annual development and hosting maintenance. The platform has supported Assurance Wireless through two federal program expansions (EBB and ACP) and two corporate ownership transitions (Sprint to T-Mobile) without enrollment disruption — continuing as the technology infrastructure behind one of the country’s largest federally subsidized wireless programs.

Snapfon® / Excellus Communications / BuyBackStore
Partner since 2022
Telecom B/OSS Platform · Headless .NET API · WordPress + Angular · Azure + AWS

The Challenge
Snapfon® — the senior-focused wireless brand of Excellus Communications LLC — needed a complete telecom business and operations support system built from the ground up. As a licensed wireless carrier selling its own devices and service plans direct to consumers, Snapfon required a platform that could handle the full subscriber lifecycle: device sales and fulfillment, wireless activations, account management, customer service tooling, billing, and a network of third-party vendor integrations — all under one coherent architecture, designed to scale.
What We Built
Drawing on prior telecom B/OSS work with Budget Mobile, Airvoice Wireless, and Assurance Wireless, 305 Spin delivered a complete platform beginning in fall 2022: a redesigned Snapfon.com marketing website on WordPress; an eCommerce platform for device and plan sales; a My Account application in Angular for subscriber self-service; and a CSR portal in Angular for Snapfon’s customer service team. Underlying all four applications is a headless .NET backend — a single centralized API layer that performs all business logic and manages integrations with wireless activation partners, fulfillment systems, accounting platforms, and customer service applications.
All infrastructure runs on client-controlled Azure (web apps and SQL database) and AWS S3 (public and private storage) — ensuring full ownership and portability for the client regardless of the vendor relationship.
The Outcome
Snapfon now operates on a modern, scalable telecom platform built for the complexity of a direct-to-consumer wireless carrier. When BuyBackStore acquired Snapfon in late 2025, the infrastructure transferred cleanly with the business — and 305 Spin continues as the hosting, development, and maintenance partner under the new ownership. The platform that runs Snapfon today is the platform 305 Spin built in 2022: still operating, still scaling, still evolving.

Used Bikes Direct · Friendly Powersports · Friendly Yamaha
Since 2021
.NET + Angular Platform · WordPress Dealer Sites · Azure + AWS · SEO & AIO/GEO

The Challenge
The owners of Friendly Powersports (Slidell, LA) and Friendly Yamaha (Baton Rouge, LA) saw an opportunity the powersports industry had overlooked: the used motorcycle market had no equivalent to Carvana or CarMax. In Spring 2021 they came to 305 Spin, an existing trusted technology partner from the Hydes’ Budget Mobile and Budget Prepay companies, to build Used Bikes Direct — a Carvana-modeled online-first used motorcycle platform — alongside a unified back-office system to support all their dealership operations across multiple brands and locations.
What We Built
305 Spin designed and built a cloud-based multi-location powersports platform: a custom .NET headless backend serving as the central inventory and operations engine across all brands and locations, with a private API feeding three WordPress dealer websites (UsedBikesDirect.com, FriendlyPowersports.com, FriendlyYamaha.com) and a centralized Angular admin portal for inventory management, lead processing, and service operations. The platform integrates with multiple outside vendors via API for inventory data, vehicle lookups, and lead entry. Infrastructure runs across Azure (web apps and SQL database), private WordPress hosting, and AWS S3 for public and private vehicle media storage. 305 Spin also manages ongoing organic SEO and AIO/GEO search strategy across all web properties.
The Outcome
Used Bikes Direct now operates in Dallas and Houston, Texas — alongside the two Louisiana dealerships — generating 1.5 million average organic impressions per month, holding 4.8 and 5.0 Google star ratings at its Texas locations, and selling thousands of units annually to nearly every US state. A UBD Parts direct-to-consumer platform is in development on the same architecture. The Friendly Powersports GM put it plainly: “our traffic, lead counts and credit apps didn’t break records, they smashed them.”
